Fall is here. Life is looking up, inshallah.

I was thinking today about people, and the myriad various people we come across and forget about so quickly. I wanted to go into great detail here, while I was writing in this very box, but decided I would spare you a giant explosion of text without at least giving you fair warning to escape it. Work has taken me here and there, lately. Just got done doing an East to West tour of the states. A lot of Atlanta. Not nearly enough San Francisco. Huge fan of Little Five Points in Atlanta. Aching to go back. Too much to drink at the Rub-It-In in Augusta, ended up singing "Friends in Low Places" to a crowd of strangers after eleven beers and a shot of Yukon. Lots of books read on the myriad flights to and fro. Gambling. Oh lord, the casinos out there.

Anyway, only coherent enough to shoot photos in Atlanta. Enjoy.

So I took a season off to rest my head, etc. The weather's been extremely schizo, and I've not had a good opportunity to get out of the house and take nearly as many pictures as I'd like. Next week should be nice, and I plan on hitting the city again, especially now that I've found a few new neighborhoods to stroll around without fear of death, burglary, and the usual fare of city dangers.

Lately I've been keeping this little journal with thoughts that I've had it in. Nothing really fully fleshed out, or anything that particularly deep--just random little quips or anecdotes that don't lead anywhere. I've created a collection of them ([link]). Each one is to be paired with some random photo of mine.
